hello, i have a kingmax and when i insert my usb flash memory i get a message please insert a disk into drive 'O'. I've tried these ways:
1.simple formatting windows and windows says the same message.
2.uninstalling the usb driver and inserting the flash so it installs again
3.disk management, but there's no unallocated space to create new volume.
4.trying some formatting software but they don't recognize it.
5.using kingmax recovery tool
seemed none would work and by the way i could get some information about the flash with a software called chip genius:
